So, your choice is either shitty interior or beige and boring.

In my experience GM cars aren't the most reliable - but I don't know about the newest ones. I would go for the Honda. I don't think Honda is completely boring, just nowhere near as exciting as they used to be.

Remember that it's based on reviews from customers. GM has come a long way.

I've had reliable GMs for decades. The issues have always been minor, not major, and usually due to attempts at forcing very long maintenance intervals for things that should have had shorter maintenance intervals. That said, GM has come a long way in the last decade.
